Bishop O’Connell High School head boys coach, Joe Wootten, uses the “Cantafios” shooting drill as a method to get his entire team many 15-foot and 3-point shooting reps in a short amount of time. The drill is named after Joe Cantafio, who Wootten worked for at Furman University.
